Dr. Anand Prakash Dubey, M.B.B.S., M.D. (Pediatrics), is currently a Professor and Head of the Department of Pediatrics at Maulana Azad Medical College & Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi. He has extensive teaching and research experience. He has been chief investigator for vaccine and drug trials for the last 5 years, co-investigator for WHO/ICMR assisted field studies, and has published articles in around 60 national and international journals. His teaching career includes supervising PG students in their research work.
Dr. Dubey has held many prominent positions including Convener and Chairperson of IAP Committee on Immunization (2000-04), President - Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) Delhi State branch (2005), Secretary and Chairperson of IAP Chapter on Nutrition, and Executive Editor of Indian Pediatrics, the official Journal of IAP.

Dr. Madhumita Puri, M.Phil, Ph.D (Psychology)
from Delhi University, is a practicing child psychologist and Executive Director
of a national NGO called Society for Child Development. She has extensive experience
in research, counseling children, and training parents in the management of behavioral
and scholastic problems of children. She has a special interest in the development
of children with disabilities.
Dr. Puri worked for five years as Senior Research Officer and Psychologist at the
Genetics Unit, Department of Pediatrics, All India Institute of Medical Sciences,
New Delhi. She has also published articles in professional journals, popular magazines,
and newspapers, written manuals & workbooks, organized seminars & workshops,
and presented papers at conferences. |

Nidhi Gulati |

Ms. Nidhi Gulati, Post Graduate in Child Development, has been working as a lecturer
at the Department of Elementary Education, Institute of Home Economics, New Delhi,
since its inception in 2004. Amongst the subjects she teaches are developmental
psychology and cognition & learning. Prior to this, she worked as a lecturer
at Delhi University and a teacher and counselor at two schools in New Delhi. Ms.
Gulati has extensive research experience. She was the project leader in a component
of a collaborative project titled ‘University-School Resource Network (USRN)" for
the Sir Ratan Tata Memorial Trust, Mumbai. The project"s aim was to see how the
quality of school level education could be enhanced. She has also published a paper
dealing with child education and development, organized workshops for children,
and presented papers and participated in conferences & seminars. |

Ms. Poonam Mittal, Msc., B.Ed., MBA, LLB,
has worked as an educationist & counselor for the last 12 years. She is currently
the founding Principal of Kangaroo Kids-Billabong High International School, Noida.
Apart from her professional activities, she is also involved with an NGO that provides
education and counseling to underprivileged children. |

Nutrition), is currently a nutrition consultant with Pushwati Singhania Research
Institute for Liver, Renal, & Digestive Diseases, New Delhi. She has also worked
as a nutritionist at The Diabetes Foundation, Aurobindo Centre, New Delhi and as
a dietician at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Ms. Singh has
teaching and research experience as well. She taught at University of Delhi for
seven years and was a research investigator for a Ford Foundation project. |

Ms. Seema Chandra has extensive experience as a chef and trainer in the hospitality
industry. She is currently working as Corporate Head Trainer with Moods Hospitality
(Yo! China). Prior to this, she worked at ITDC for 11 years where her last designation
was Executive Chef (HRD) in charge of kitchen and operative level trainees. She
has also worked as Chef-in-Charge of Hotel Agra Ashok.
Ms. Chandra has organized and helped organize food festivals & banquets both
in India and abroad, for which she has been awarded certificates of merit. She has
also authored a book called "Culinary Voyage". |
